How often bimenclub.com is updated?

We add two (2) new videos every month.
Do your videos stream, or can they be downloaded?

All of our videos can be downloaded in 480p SQ (Standard Quality) and in 720p HD (High Definition) to your hard drive with no DRM.
What is the quality of your videos?

We have Low, Standard and High Definition (1080p) quality on our Streaming Videos.
What PC/MAC requirements do you need to play the videos at bimenclub.com?

To play the videos you need to have a PC / MAC with Internet Explorer browser version 8.0 or higher/Safari 5 or higher,Firefox and Google Chrome browsers are also compatible. Cookies must be enabled to view our videos.
Is bimenclub.com iOS/Android/compatible?

Yes, all our movies can be watched on iOS & Android devices.
Some Videos Won't Play

If any of the videos are not playing on the member's area, please, clear your browser's cache deleting the cookies. This should resolve this issue.
The videos sometimes stall when streaming.

Our streaming movies are provided in 3 different resolutions for different connection speeds: LOW QUALITY(LQ), STANDARD QUALITY (SQ) and HIGH DEFINITION (HD) If you experience stalling or pausing please select from the HD or STANDARD to LOW quality versions on the player. However bear in mind that with these lower quality versions there will be more pixelation in the quality of the movie. HIGH DEFINITION (HD) requires fast internet connections and fast PC processors to be watched properly.
Is joining bimenclub.com secure?

Your privacy is important to us. All payment transactions are handled through 128-bit encryption. We will never provide your email address to any third party.

My password doesn't work. What should I do?

Your user and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE, which means that you should enter them exactly as they were sent to you by e-mail from. Also make sure that your cookies are enabled. If you are still unable to gain access, contact us as soon as possible using Private Messaging or send us an E-Mail to bimenclub@outlook.com Make sure you fill out the form with as much information as you can so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Are the movies available to buy on DVD?

No.
How do I download movies?

Click on the Download Movie link on every movie and select the command that saves the file to your hard drive.
How do I cancel my SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your membership easily at any time, please go to www.ccbill.com and click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
I cancelled my subscription and I still have access to the member's area.

You always receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. This guarantees that you will not be re billed for the next billing cycle of 30 days. But in the current billing cycle you will still be allowed access for the days that you have left.
